I love being a therapist. The insights I have gained from years of my own therapy have facilitated powerful transformations in my relationships and within myself; I am motivated to offer that opportunity to others.
It's an honor to be entrusted with the most tender parts of the human experience, and incredibly meaningful to support the people I sit with.
I work with couples and adults of all ages in Santa Barbara and throughout California, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and attachment. My approach is person-centered, focused on the authentic connection we create together, and informed by EFT, psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness.
